Originally, in the year 1988, the Institute was established as welfare based self-financing organization. Having the status of a Traditional Madrasa for providing Essentials of Islam (Deen e Zarooria) and
Taleem-ul-Quran with Modern Style School from Montessori to Secondary level having emphasis on English Conversation Learning. As a matter of principle and policy Taleem-ul-Quran is provided Free of charge while School Education is managed against moderate Fee Schedule. All expenses of the Institute are met with the amount collected from School Fee. Any Donation / Contribution (Chanda etc.) are not accepted.

By the grace & blessings of Almighty Allah the undersigned while managing and caring of the educational matters, remained worried about the prevailing System of Education in almost all Educational Institutions as apparently, it looked that the system adopted by majority of Institutions is designed by some Foreign talents for their implied interests. These apprehensions became more and more clear with the passage of time and today it is felt even by a lay man that we are following blindly that education system for our children which is badly damaging our religious, moral, cultural values and even day to day routine matters of life. As elders says that if a person is sincere in his Will, the Almighty Allah, the beneficent and the merciful, open the ways of success. Alhumdulillah, by the blessings of Almighty Allah I got the firm belief that no matter the Muslims acquire worldly education of any nature, any field of any standard or any quality but it will not be fruitful for them until and unless it is acquired as a “Secondary” necessity keeping the Religious Education on “Basic & Primary” status.

Having the above firm belief, Alhumdulillah, I had been able to design a system of education right from the initial stage to higher stage for children of 2-3 years to 20-21 years of age. This covers the Religious Education from Noorani Qaida, Taleem-ul-Quran Nazra, Hifz & Uloom-e-Islamia (Dars-e-Nizami) together with General Education of School, College and University level i.e. from Reception Class to Primary, Secondary and Degree Levels.  The System from Reception to Secondary Level has been implemented while the System from Higher Secondary to University Level is yet to be implemented for some valid reasons. I may here narrate the occasions encouraged me in implementing the system myself and also making it public as far as possible.                                                                                                                                         

1. The most respectful and generous Ustad -ul- Asataza, Hazrat Mulana Saleem ullah Khan DamatBarkatahum had been kind enough to grant me so many meetings at ‘Dar -ul- Uloom Farooqia’ and guided me in formation of the Combined System. Hazrat Wala also encouraged me by visiting the Institution (Madrasa / School) which was located at D-84, block 7, Gulshan-e-Iqbal for Boys and

C-84, Block 4, Gulshan-e-Iqbal for Girls. He highly appreciated the Academic and Administrative efforts both for Hifz-ul-Quran and School Education. He also recommended the Institution for Affiliation with Wafaq-ul-Madaris Arabia which was approved subsequently.

2. I have also the honor of Patronage of (Shaheed)Hazrat MulanaYousuf Ludhyanwi R.A who also visited the Institution. I had also the privilege of performing ‘Ishraq Prayers’ in Masjid ‘Al Falah’ F.B.Area, during 1986-1996 as I was residing in the same locality. Hazrat wala used to stay in the Masjid after Fajar Prayers till late hours of Ishraq which provided me opportunity to learn a lot and also to obtain guidance in day to day matters.

3. Dr Azhar Rizvi (Ex-Principal Habib Public School) the only person who had Doctorate in Education at that time, on his return from USA entrusted the duties of Director NIPA. He and his Wife (Principal Govt. Girls Secondary School Jacob-Lines) were also running a “Montessori Training Institution”. I had very close relationship with Rizvi Sahib in connection of matters of my Montessori School. The combined Education System was highly appreciated by him and he recognized my efforts saying:
   “Mr. Siddiqui! It will be a contribution for Pakistan”.

4. Ziauddin, a Senior Educationist while visiting our School appreciated the Combined System pin-pointing that the key of success viz adjustment of Time-Table for both education has been applied.

5. Late Irshad Haqqani, a renowned senior columnist written in The Daily Jung that in pre-partition days it was suggested that the scholars of Dar-ul-Uloom Deo Band and Aligarh Muslim University on completion of their studies in one Institution will join the other Institution with the objective that the Scholars are benefited with the Worldly Education and the Religious together so as to meet the requirements of the Society in general in prevailing circumstances.

6. Incidentally, in the early years of Establishment of the Institution when it was gradually earning renowned position in the field, Mr. Anees ur Rehman, President, All Pakistan United Teachers Welfare Association, and his Mrs. Zakia Sultana, a senior Educationist were good enough to admit their daughter in the Institution as she was much more desirous to complete Hifz ul Quran during School Education. The association with those two senior Educationist had really been much more useful and helpful in various Administrative and Educational matters of the Institution.

Up till now, the Educational System from Essentials of Islam Deen-e-Zarooria and
Nazra / Hifz ul Quran together with Reception to Secondary level has been implemented, the details of which have been elaborated in the inner pages. The remaining part of the system i.e. Uloom-e-Islamia (Dars-e-Nizami) with Degree Education is yet to be implemented for want of means and resources and some other factors. The details of the system were also sent to the renowned Religious Scholars and Educational Experts. The impressions of Hazrat Maulana Justice Muhamad Taqi Usmani DamatBarakatuhum, Hazrat Maulana Abdul Rauf SakahrwiDamatBarakatuhum,Hazrat Maulana Zar Wali Khan DamatBarakatuhum, Hazrat Mufti Nasir Mehmood (R.A) &Mr Anees-ur-Rehman are self explanatory and are placed in the concluding portion of the Prospectus of the Institution.

I may conclude that my involvement in designing the combined Education System encouraged me and raised my Will for efforts in the Noble Cause and granted me the absolute and firm faith that:
